Ricardo G. Buderacky is an Argentina-based entrepreneur who has guided cross-disciplinary IT teams worldwide and designed solutions that met a wide range of specific goals and deadlines. 

After completing his electronic engineering degree at the University of Buenos Aires, Mr. Buderacky went on to earn an MBA at Florida Atlantic University (USA) in the early 2000s and a Post-graduate degree in Project Management in the University of Wales (2007). His background includes three years with Verizon Business as a Software Development manager, leading projects in tandem with team members in Buenos Aires, Colorado, and Mexico.

As senior global services operation manager with Avaya from 2010 to 2012, Mr. Buderacky was responsible for guiding a global customer support organization that included more than 90 engineers and provided worldwide solutions for the firm’s contact center and communications portfolio. He has also held executive responsibilities with TalentyO, where he delivered coordinated features that met the needs of global customers in areas such as technology, eCommerce, and finance.

Ricardo Buderacky was instrumental in turning around the Buenos Aires Department Of Transportation Technlogy department by the implementation of state of the art ITS (Intelligent Transport System) Technologies, world class Service delivery processes and comprehensive improvement initiatives. During his tenure in the Buenos Aires DoT Ricardo Buderacky produced results that lead to a significant improvement and expansion of the services available resulting in a reduction of TTR (time-to-repair) from 3 days to 2,5 hours and the total numbre of failures from 1500 per month to less than 250. Ricardo Buderacky lead the replacement of all obsolete network components by new, state of the art equipment that included traffic computers, controllers, fiber optics and all network devices. In addition, Ricardo implemented system monitoring and network control centers to ensure full time availability and SLA compliance of all mission critical systems.
